Marina Squerciati Daughter Bean Oliphant Is Five Years Old

Marina Squerciati parents are Marie Squerciati and John R. Jacobson. She was raised by her step father, Rodger Squerciati.

John R. Jakobson was one of the moguls and kings of his time while working at Wall Street.

He was only 25 years old when he started to make a name and seat for himself on the New York Stock Exchange

In his younger days, he had married Museum of Moder Art Trustee Barbara Jakobson, with whom he had three children.

Later he was planning to marry Miss America of that time, Bess Myerson, with whom he had a months-long affair.

Later he had a relationship with Marie, Marina's mother, for a year. But their relationship was never publicized and was kept a secret.

Later he married Joan Jakobson. But he never let anyone know that he had a secret daughter that he had been helping financially. 

The Stock Exchange Moghul passed away in April 2017 at 86 suffering from pneumonia.

Marina's mother Marie is a screenwriter and an academic. She was involved in many romances in her heyday.

She also used to work as the Village voice. She had been a part of the New York Times, writing quirky travel pieces before she met John. 

Rodger Squerciati

Rodger Squerciati is the step father of the actress Marina and the husband of Marie.

Though he raised Marina alone, she was not her biological child.

While Marina's real father was looking after her financially, Rodger was looking after her by physically by being with her from her childhood until she left for her college. He was the emotional and mental support for the actress. 

For the Chicago P.D. actress, Rodger had always been her real father. The father used to work as a judge and also used to teach law at the University of California for some time.
