He also served as a guest of honor at the USJOC (United States Junior Open Championships) in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, where he was a national clinician for a tournament that hosted over 2500 wrestlers.
Mike’s contributions extended to various coaching clinics, including the National Northeast Coaches Clinics in 2010 and the Monterey Champions Coaches Clinic from 2010 to 2013, where he mentored young coaches. He was recognized as a guest of honor at events like the Pop N Flo Mini Man Tournament in 2011-12 and the Montana Open in 2011, where he conducted clinics for a substantial number of wrestlers. His expertise was also sought after at the Huge 1000 wrestler Iron Sharpens Iron camps in 2013, 2014, and 2015, where wrestlers voted him as the top clinician.
